 Halloween Stick-a-Treat Trail

Saturday, October 31 / 10am – Noon

All are invited!  The “Stick a Treat Halloween Trail” involves children following a trail, stopping at three stations along the way, then ending at the rainbow at Noah’s Arc. Each decorated station will have a garden of treats-on-sticks, where each child can pick and follow to the next station.
The stations will be marked by a giant pumpkin and someone dressed in costume to direct the child/family to take a treat and to help them remain socially distanced from the child/family in front of them.
Costumes are encouraged. Wear a face-covering or mask.
Bring a BIG bag to take home your treats!
*When you arrive, please check in at the COVID Safety Stop, where we will take temperatures and ask about COVID exposure. We care about our community's safety and hope to provide a safe, fun Halloween event!
**If bad weather is predicted, we will move the event to the Friday evening of October 30th.

All Saints Day

Sunday, November 1

This year we will celebrate communion with the saints of all time, as we specifically remember those from our own flock:

Cassel Hale Williams (November 12, 2019)

Robert Emerson Jack (April 3, 2020)

Emily Faye Ward Paynter (September 18, 2020)

Veterans Day Sunday Service

 Sunday, November 8

We salute, honor and appreciate all of our veterans and current military personal.

Join us for a special service to recognize our military heroes on Veterans Day Sunday. Our own, Rev. Dr. Max Jaouem will be the speaker for this service and share a message of care. He himself is a veteran who served in the military on the battlefield.

A Call to Fast and Pray

Saturday, November 7, 14 and 21

Fasting is a spiritual discipline often overlooked by many churches. Together let us engage in fasting and praying for three Saturdays in November. If your health does not permit you to fast for the entire day stick strictly to three light meals then … fast from 7pm Friday through 7am Saturday and 7pm Saturday though 7am Sunday. During Fast you may drink water and other beverages that do not contain sugar of any kind (diet or otherwise) You may also eat raw veggies or fruit if necessary. The ideal is a total fast with the only intake being water.

First Sunday of Advent

Join us as we prepare to celebrate Christ’s Birth in anticipation of His return!
