• First, please make sure you sign up with your county’s Department of Health:

St. Mary Medical Center is offering the COVID-19 vaccine for eligible Phase 1A healthcare personnel as well as community members over age 65 and between ages 16-64 with high-risk medical conditions. Lower Bucks County Hospital: County residents who fall under the conditions of Phase 1A can email lbh-covid19@primehealthcare.com or call 215-785-9419. If it is determined that you are eligible and as supply allows, you will receive a call to be scheduled for vaccine appointments.
